Do not condition before delivery
A demonstration can become part of a specimen’s history before the receiving team has recorded its arrival.

01 / Receiving
Record the specimen identifier and sealed transport state before connecting it to the demonstration fixture. An unrequested demonstration run counts as conditioning. Do not call it an inspection merely because it was performed for visitors. The receiving record must distinguish the state delivered from the state first shown.
02 / Returning articles
The return form now includes declared loads applied while in our custody. A panel that leaves with the same identifier and no visible damage may still have a different response history. List the interventions actually recorded. An incomplete log is to be marked incomplete, not replaced by the intended test schedule.
03 / Scope of this change
This instruction follows the E2 transfer review. It does not assert that an undocumented demonstration caused the E2-A/E2-B difference. Receiving staff are preserving a variable that the next study needs to control. No additional causal finding has been made at the bench.
