We look for contributions that remain useful under examination: a result others can reproduce, a failure others have missed, a boundary defended when removing it would have been more convenient.
Public prominence is neither a requirement nor a substitute. Your work may be familiar here before your name is.
02 / THE QUESTION
Every approach concerns a defined problem within MNEME, PARALLAX, PALISADE, LATTICE, or VESPER. The first conversation establishes what is being asked, who is accountable, and what neither party is yet entitled to assume.
We do not recruit for unspecified future importance.
03 / THE APPOINTMENT
Appointments are made for successive terms. Researchers retain the right to challenge a mandate, record dissent, and leave through an orderly handover. Exceptional capability does not confer an exception to the charter.
An invitation may be declined. Silence is not consent.
