INSTITUTIONAL RECORDSIN–DN–024
REVISION 1 / PUBLIC EDITION
INSTITUTION / Disclosure note
The receipt is not a release
The forwarding instruction is closed and its charges settled. The identity of the annotator and the missing release counterfoil remain unresolved.
Disclosure Office / Joint disposition with Institutional Records and Continuity
SOURCE DATE 2026.09.18 / RELEASE DATE ABOVE
The account is closed. The question is retained.
01 / Completed acts
On 18 September 2026, the Continuity Office issued an explicit end to RAMURAN’s R-17 holding instruction. Rell acknowledged it the same day. Documentary custody of the seven returned enclosures was accepted by the Institutional Records Office. A bounded reconciliation paid from the trust’s reserve settled the agreed forwarding charges. No continuing service obligation is created by that payment.
02 / What closure means
Closure applies to this forwarding instruction and its reconciled account. It does not name a successor to the Secretariat, authenticate the pencil direction, recover enclosure eight, or establish every custodian since 2016. The disposition does not authorize disposal of the seven documents.
03 / What remains
The retained office copy establishes what the missing counterfoil required. It cannot establish whether someone completed the recipient copy and filed it elsewhere. The archive has no authenticated author or date for the pencil direction. The Records Office will attach a later finding to this reference if additional material is released.
04 / Public scope
The released case includes the receipt, inventory comparison, custodian correspondence, review, and this disposition. Routing details remain outside the release. The public register distinguishes an unresolved provenance question from an open forwarding service; the former is not evidence that the latter continues.
