LATTICE / Disclosure note
An accepted part. An unreleased method.
The apparent anticipation is accounted for. The replacement is accepted. The process that would make it equivalent remains unestablished.

01 / Findings retained
The retained timing windows show E2-A responding after a detected local mechanical input. The negative offset on the command clock does not establish prediction. The panel’s distributed response remains a measured capability. Its standing envelope and local power requirements remain part of that claim.
02 / Acceptance completed
E2-B was accepted against the written contract on 18 August. Tern’s invoice was paid and its production slot released. The article remains in controlled research custody under a separate agreement. Acceptance does not convert the six test profiles into a guarantee for arbitrary loads or establish that E2-B inherits the reference panel’s acquired behavior.
03 / Transfer withheld
The fabrication method has not been released for deployment. The next study will separate controlled loading histories from manufacturing differences using blinded specimen identities. No results from that study are included here. The public record will require a separately dated finding before this restriction can be described as lifted.
04 / What remains at the Foundry
E2-A has been removed from the endurance schedule and retained without further conditioning. E2-B is stored separately. A successful demonstration has left two serviceable panels, one completed purchase order, and a production method that is still incomplete. The enclosure can be used again after its reference instrumentation has been requalified.
